We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2022, Charlotte R. Livingston of Dekalb Junction, New York, born in Gouverneur, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Vernon Fuller; her son-in-law Lyle Bishop; and her parents, John Fuller and Ruth Stevens Fuller. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori (Dan Gilbert) of Heuvelton and Lisa Bishop of Fowler; her siblings, Lyndon (Sally Fuller) of Fowler, Lyle Fuller of Fowler, Ralph (Kathy Fuller) of Fowler, Donald (Christine Fuller) of Fowler, Phyllis Tripp of Fowler, Janice (Roger Refici) of Fowler, Glenda Bickford of Fowler and John (Kathie Fuller) of Florida; her grandsons, Eugene Bishop (Jessica Hentz) and Connor (Brooke Bishop); her great grandchild Averie Bishop; and her spouse Claude Livingston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
