She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Siedlecki and Anna Siedlecki (Tunia); her spouse Thomas Piroli of Rita's Church; and her siblings, John, Julius, Alexander, Stanley, Edward, Tommy Siedlecki (Infant), Agnes Gaffney, Pauline Vars, Susan Staab and Dorothy Siedlecki (Infant).

She is survived by: her children, Anne E. Piroli (Jimmer LaFountain) of Watertown, Amy M. Fitzpatrick (Brian) of Sinking Spring, PA and Thomas A. Piroli (Lori) of Black River; her grandchildren, Thomas D. Piroli (Teresa), Alanna M. Piroli, Nicholas A. Piroli (Keegan), Lucas J. Piroli, Brian T. Fitzpatrick, Jack M. Fitzpatrick and Megan C. Fitzpatrick; and her great grandchild Arianna M. Piroli.

“Dear Tom, Anne, Amy, and Family, Our condolences to you all. Your mother was a very nice person, and she will be missed by everyone that knew her. Our families shared the memory when Helen went into labor for Annie and the labor was quickly progressing. Since my mother was a nurse and a close neighbor, she delivered Annie at home. Our small town community was there to help each other. Thinking of you all at this difficult time. Matt and Judy (Pultorak) Smith”
