He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sons, Terry L. Jr. (Nadine) of West Carthage, Michael J. (Kristy) of Carthage and Ronald J. (Georgie) of Carthage; his grandchildren, Kylee Pominville (Tyler), Sydney, Emily Miller (Mathew) and Austin; and his brother Donald G. O'Shaughnessy of Carthage. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
