He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara E. Jablonka; his stepdaughter Pamela Murphy; his parents, Bruno Jablonka and Adelaide Jablonka; and his brother Robert Jablonka.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan Costello (Jena) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Ryan Costello of Holly Springs, NC and Evan Costello of Denver, CO; his son-in-law Dennis Kelly; his granddaughter Nicole Kelly; his great grandchild Emily Kelly of Oscoda, MI; his sister Joanne Jablonka Zimmer (Rich) of Lewes, DE; his friends, Billy and Diane Scott of Deer Park, NY; his good buddy Chris Engert; and his friend Milt of Rensselaer, NY. He is also survived by five nieces and one nephew.
