She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph George Peterson. She is survived by: her children, James Peterson, Diane Juers and Judith Litwin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Deer Park - Mangano Family (1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location. A prayer was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933-1031).
