It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicoletta Messina of Deer Park, New York, born in New York, New York, who passed away on September 2, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pietro Rossi and Elizabeth Ursitti Rossi; her husband Salvatore; and her siblings, Samuel, Anthony, Joseph Rossi, Palma Saviola, Anne Carotta and Cynthia Zarella.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret Calandrino; her children, Maria DeGregorio (Pat), Jacqueline Rindner (Louis) and Anthony; her grandchildren, Pasquale DeGregorio (Theresa), Nicholas DeGregorio (Lorelei), Jonathan Rindner (Meagan) and Jordan Rindner; and her great grandchildren, Pasquale, Antonio, Gianna, Domenica, Carmella and Chiara.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
