She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Alber; and her husband David Sheroff. She is survived by: her mother Carol Alber; her children, Thomas Sheroff and Amanda Smith; her son-in-law Scott Smith; and her grandson Luke Frederick Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wildlife Conservation Society to help preserve the Flamingos that she loved so much.
