He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Moran; his children, Rosemary Haas and James Moran; his grandchildren, Shannon Licurgo (Dean), Kiera Greco (Tim), Valerie Tanaka (Steve) and Gina Moran; his great grandchildren, Timothy Greco, James Greco and Drew Licurgo; and his sister Mary Rose Moran.
Throughout his career, James made significant contributions to the NYC Transit Authority, showcasing his skills and passion for engineering.
