He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Hendel-Coyne, Richard Hendel, Patricia, Kathleen Hendel and Robert Hendel; his sister-in-law Michele Reitano Hendel; and his nieces and nephews, Brian, Briana, Ricky, Matthew, Stephan, Ava, Noah and Lauriana.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Deer Park - Mangano Family (1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729). A prayer was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saints Cyril & Methodius R. C. Church (125 Half Hollow Rd, Deer Park, NY 11729). The inurnment was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Rood Cemetery (111 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590).
