She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose (Maria) and Candida. She is survived by: her children, Nelson Taveras, Jorge Taveras, Andres Taveras (Rosa), Jose Taveras (Rosa), Maria Minondo (Arsenio), Dulce Duran (Marino), Sofia Garcia (Julio) and Richard Taveras (Maria).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Deer Park - Mangano Family (1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729). A Mass will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Saints Cyril & Methodius R. C. Church (125 Half Hollow Rd, Deer Park, NY 11729). A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
