He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Falese; his children, Alexandra Pavel and Michael Falese; and his siblings, Maria, Margaretann, Barbara and Joseph.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mangano Family Funeral Home, Inc. (1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Saints Cyril & Methodius R. C. Church (125 Half Hollow Rd, Deer Park, NY 11729). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.

His contributions to the community will be remembered fondly by those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
