She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Andrews Johnston and Dorothy Perkins Johnston; her former husband Harry Wayne Morgan; her husband Peter Harry Westlake; her sons, Howard DeWitt Morgan (Ginger Reed Morgan) and Christopher "Kip" Bryan Morgan (Marie Resnansky Morgan); and her brother Darwin Perkins Johnston.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Reed Johnston Morgan, Andrew DeWitt Morgan, Catharine "Catie" Carol Morgan, Kylie Margaret Morgan, William "Will" Harrison Morgan and Penelope "Pippa" Anna Morgan; her sibling-in-law Pat Johnston; her nephew Greg; and her niece Catie.
