He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Churchill and Beulah Hilton Reynolds Youngs; his brothers, Clifford (Keitha Youngs), Bruce (Donna Youngs), Wallace (Carole Reynolds) and Hugh (Ardis Reynolds); his brother-in-law Ivan Kinney (Dorthy Rumbaugh) of Richmand, MA; and his grandson Gregory C. Youngs.
He is survived by: his wife Lila Rumbaugh Youngs; his children, Julie (Rick Harra) of Chaumont, Sandra Jenkins (Thad Rosemyer) of Massena, Andy Youngs (Michael Chin) of Annadale, VA and Russell (Gloria Gard Youngs) of Mishawaka, IN; his grandchildren, Mark (Jennifer Shippee) of Richville, Matt (Kaitlyn Harra) of Philadelphia, Richard Harra of Chaumont, Nathan Harra of Chaumont, Megan (Amy Mashaw) of Gouverneur, David (Angellee Jenkins) of Fine, Robert Jenkins (Michaela Shippee) of Antwerp, James Jenkins (Lexi Klock) of Fowler and Ross Youngs of Mishawaka, IN; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Mitchell, Lillanna, Maylea, Weston, Saige, Bryer, Annalee and Harvey; and his siblings, Alice (Douglas Weldon) of Gouverneur, Joan Kinney of Saratoga Springs, Lona (Leo Rastley) of Rossie, Wanda (John Bailey) of Oriskany, Lynn (Norma Youngs) of Rossie, NY and Wiley (Rosemary Youngs) of Akron, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
