Ulmer Jr. of Dayton, New York, born in Gowanda, New York, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Ulmer Sr. and Margaret Stiles Steves. He is survived by: his daughter Charlynn Ulmer of Cottage; his siblings, Lisa Huffman (Mark Sr.) of Perrysburg, Matthew Ulmer (Letisha) of Silver Creek and Daniel Ulmer of Perrysburg; his stepmother Phyllis Ulmer of Perrysburg; his grandmother Rosaline Stiles of Gowanda; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Jr. of Orchard Park, Shawn (Jamie), Shelby, Raegan and Aubrie.
