She is survived by: her father Ted Grekulak of Dayton, NY; her sister Laurie Grekulak of Perrysburg, NY; her daughters, Paige Grekulak of Jamestown, NY, Alexis Passinger of Mayville, NY and Brooke Sample of Randolph, NY.; her grandson Aiden Flagg of Jamestown, NY.; and her nephews, Micheal Grekulak, Nathaniel Grekulak and Preston Finch-Grekulak. She is also survived by 5 great nephews and nieces, several cousins, aunts and uncles.
