He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stannard, Sr. and Luella Stannard (Miller); his siblings, Henry, Llyod, Francis, Ruth and Donald; his daughter Debra Rossman (Stannard); his grandson Jeremiah Rossman; his great grandchildren, Jonathan Everson, Jr. and Jack Everson; and his daughter-in-law Karen Stannard (Mondore).
He is survived by: his wife Volneta Stannard (Strobeck) of Davenport; his children, Darlene Brownell (Paul) of Milford, Daniel Stannard (Teresa Haughn) of Worcester, Duane Stannard (Rose) of Hobart, Dominick Stannard of Davenport and Darrell Stannard (Veronica Jones) of Worcester; his brother Ronald Stannard (Sandy) of Jefferson; his children-in-law, James Rossman of Schenevus, Wendy Guile of Charlotteville and Annemarie Stannard (Mondore) of Davenport; and his grandchildren, Sheila, Heather, Amanda, Jason, Brian, Kayla, Danielle, Elizabeth, Darrell Jr., Courtney, Samantha, Brooke, Lillyana and Logan.
