He was predeceased by: his parents, John Peter and Jennine Ballard (Kosier). He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Ballard (Tammy) of Worcester and Jason Ballard (Samantha) of Schoharie; his grandchildren, Benjamin, John (Jack), Maxton, Lilian and Clark Ballard; and his siblings, Fred (Laura), Butch Ballard (Kitty), MaryAnn Nyback, Doreen Allegretti (Bill), Genevieve McMullen (Bob) and Linda Clark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
