He is survived by: his wife Laura Ballard (Kalmar) of Davenport; his children, Michael Ballard (Katherine) of Bedford, VA, Melissa Bevins (William) of Middleburgh, NY, Beau Ballard of Davenport, NY and Scott Ballard of Davenport, NY; his grandsons, Spencer, Garrett, Kaleb and Jacob; his great grandchild Oakley; and his siblings, Butch Ballard (Kitty), MaryAnn Nyback, Doreen Allegretti (Bill), Genevieve McMullen (Bob) and Linda Clark. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In honoring Fred's giving ways, his family has chosen to honor him by paying it forward with tissue donations that will benefit many people.
