She is survived by: her husband John Kochmanski; her children, Nicole Lampke (Lawrence), Julie Zielonka (Brian), Katie Poupalos (Anthony), John A. (Marisa), Mary, Annie Kochmanski, Babcia of Levi, Sofia, Jesse, Noah, Laney, Charli, James, Micah, Alex and Harper; and her siblings, Marilyn DePlato, Gerrie Janis (Mark), Judie Lopez, Cindy Grabowski, Joanne Sherman (Randy), Joe (Jackie), David (Michelle) and Scott Vollmer (Carol). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to All Babies Cherished, Batavia, NY.
