She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Swan and Jean Stevens (Stevens). She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Mastin; her daughters, Bethany Nguyen (Mark) and Racheal Wood (Brian); and her sister Misty Tomczak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
