She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald L. Bills and Marjorie Vivian Bills (Graves); her husband Hans Lochmann Van Bennekom; her children, Christopher Hans Lochmann Van (Shann) and Kimberly Averell; her grandchildren, Emily Nelson (Andrew), Quinten Lochmann Van (Kelly) and Lydia Vossler (Justin); her great grandchildren, Payton, Lyncoln, Maisie and Violet; and her sister Donna Crowley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hindle Funeral Home Inc. (271 Main St, Dansville, NY 14437). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (40 Elizabeth St, Dansville, NY 14437).
