It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald W. Mitchell (Dansville, New York), who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Russell and Beatrice Iona Mitchell (Finch); his son Jody James Mitchell; and his siblings, Roger Carlton Mitchell, Jerry Ardean Mitchell, Erwin Russell Mitchell, Larry Stephen Mitchell, Richard Eugene Mitchell (Michele Gratton), Norbert Mitchell, Darlene Babette Marble (Mitchell), Marcia Kay Mitchell (Jimmy Galton), Carolyne Joyce Gruber (Mitchell), Judith Ann Mitchell, Cheryl Lynn McGinnis (Mitchell) and Cora Draper.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Mitchell (Rathburn); his grandson Christopher Lee Mitchell (Sierra); his daughter-in-law Peggy Mitchell (Draper); and his sisters, Linda Elaine DiSalvo (Mitchell) and Sandra "Sandy" Lee Mitchell (John Emery Sr). He is also survived by many in-laws and "adopted" children, grandchildren, & great-grandchildren.
