He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard France and Gertrude France (Jones). He is survived by: his children, Roger Cobin (Karen Hatfield) and April Mitchell France; his siblings, Diane France (Jaime) and David France; his grandson Grason; his uncles, Terry and Ted "Sonny" Jones; and his cousins, Cheryl and Timmy France. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren.
