He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paulman and Lillie May Paulman (Cheesbro); his son Randy Paulman; his sister Florence Fuller; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Fuller and Donald Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Rich Oliver Paulman; his daughter Pam Tremblay (Peter) of Coudersport, PA.; his stepchildren, Jason Oliver (Cynthia) of Avoca and Darcy Meyer (Jeffrey) of Ontario; his daughter-in-law Sharon Paulman of Guthrie, KY; his sister Rebecca Stevens; and his foster daughter Diana Alverson.
