He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Conklin; and his brother Jack Conklin. He is survived by: his wife Terrie Applin; his father Donald Conklin; his children, Riley Conklin and Ryan Conklin; his sister-in-law Mary Conklin; and his nieces, Megan Conklin and Kaitlin Conklin.
