She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Rathburn and Margaret Rathburn (Schumaker); her husband Ronald Mitchell; and her siblings, Chester, Frederick and Peggy Rathburn.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Mitchell; her grandson Christopher Mitchell (Sierra); her brother Benjamin Rathburn (Sally); her aunt Victoria Levee; and her son Jody Mitchell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & cousins as well as several in-laws and "adopted" children, grandchildren, & great-grandchildren.
