She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayes and Gertrude Hayes (Lander); her husband Frederick Lemen; her daughter Mary Lemen; her grandson Nicholas Capobianco; her son-in-law Nicholas Capobianco; and her siblings, William, Theodore, Robert Hayes and Helen White.
She is survived by: her children, John (Patricia Lemen) and Margaret Capobianco of No; and her sisters-in-law, Rose Hayes of Dansville, Mary Kay Lemen of Rochester and Lois Sanford of Canandaigua.
