He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wheaton and Susie Wheaton (Parson); his spouse Claire Madigan; and his daughter-in-law Judy Wheaton. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Wheaton (Joyce), Alan R. Wheaton and Scott Wheaton (Melissa); his grandchildren, Matthew Wheaton (Elizabeth), Ashley Wheaton (Avery Menke), Christopher Wheaton (Amanda), Michael Wheaton, Erica Sweers (Shawn), Ben Johnson (Lexi) and James Brandow (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Faye Wheaton, Henry, Charlie Menke, C. Jackson Wheaton and Colson Sweers; his sister-in-law Virginia; and also Robin Wheaton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
