As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Everett Taylor; and his wife Mae Holbrook Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Lynda Van Durme (Paul), Jill Leibenguth and Dennis Taylor (Joanne); his stepson George Henry (Tammy); and his friend Doris Schledorn. He is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenmount Cemetery (10071 Greenmount Ave, Dansville, NY 14437).
