She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion and Arlene Brokaw Sr. (Carney); her former husband Norman J. LeVasseur Sr.; her husband Chester B. Knapp; her children, Melonie Ann and William; and her siblings, Harold and Marion Jr..
She is survived by: her children, David LeVasseur (Rae-Dene) of Dansville, Norman J. LeVasseur Jr. of Rochester, Deb Driesbach (Paul) of Ossian and Cynthia Baird (David); her grandchildren, Brandi Bishop, Beth, Nicole, Kimberly LeVasseur, Laura Baird and Christopher Baird; her great grandchildren, Samantha Leigh, Lauren Alyssa Bishop, Neveah Bella Rose LeVasseur, Justin Schledorn and Dominik Kennedy; her siblings, Josephine Schilbe, Beverly Jean D'Angiolillo, Donna Brokaw (Maylon Harvey), Janice Vogt (William), Arland "Art" Brokaw (Marie) of Rochester and James Brokaw (Katherine) of Rochester; and her siblings-in-law, Claudia Brokaw and Bruce Knapp (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
