She is survived by: her parent Jennie Perrine (Toms); her children, Debra VanderKamp of Scottsburg, Albert Coburn (Debra) of Scottsburg, Patricia Coburn of Scottsburg, David Coburn (Bobbi) of Scottsburg and Melinda Ellsworth (Pat) of Nunda; and her sisters, Barbara Gross (Mike) of Perry and Linda Selbig (Rick). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a nephew and four nieces.
