He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Frazer and Esther Frazer (Graham); and his daughter Heather Frazer Boyum. He is survived by: his wife Candace "Candy" Packard Frazer; his sons, Graham Frazer (Barb) of West Sparta and Bill Frazer (Mel) of Lake Placid; his grandchildren, Graham, Ryan, Ella Frazer, Maddie Frazer and Paige Boyum; his brother-in-law William Packard (Shari) of Scottsbluff, Neb; and his pet Cady.
