She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Baker; her granddaughter Danielle Marie Dugo; and her siblings, Alberta McGann, Leola King, Alta Weld, Arlene Wisniewski, Robert, Stanley, Russell and Oswald Baker.
She is survived by: her parent May Emma Baker (Waggoner); her spouse John "Jack" Folts; her daughters, Karen Henry (Marlow) and Lisa Dugo (Mike); her grandchildren, Shawn Henry, Jared Henry, Jeremy Dugo (Jessica), Brandon Dugo and Nicole Dugo; her great grandchildren, Adrianna Dugo and Mila Dugo; and her brother Rodney Baker (Carolyn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
