He was predeceased by: his daughter Cassandra Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Susan Westfall; his children, Heather Hennard (Jake), Danielle Berg (Chris), Tory Westfall and James Westfall; and his parents, James Westfall and Dorothy Westfall. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
