He was predeceased by: his father Francis; and his brother John. He is survived by: his mother Virginia (Ginnie); and his siblings, Nancy, Patrick "Cud" Bills and Peter Bills. He is also survived by four nieces, three nephews, three great-nieces and six great-nephews.
