He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his brother John Hooker (Paula); his children, Terah Belke (Joshua) and Robert; his grandchildren, Willow, Benjamin, Logan and Ash; and his daughter Jessica (Breanna). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, three nieces, three nephews, one great niece, one great nephew.
