With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen Bailey Overbaugh of Dannemora, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bailey and Barbara Bailey (Gilroy) of Dannemora, NY.; her husband Duane Overbaugh; and her brother John Bailey. She is survived by: her son Sean Conley (Sarah) of Albany; and her sisters, Maureen Lavery (Tom), Kathie Bailey, Barbara LaDuke (William), Bonnie Proulx (James) and Carol Gibson (Michael). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
