He was predeceased by: his parent Patricia Novotny (Hollenbeck). He is survived by: his parent William Novotny; his significant other Janice Cardinale of Hudson Falls; his son John Novotny; his stepchildren, Jason Cardinale, Kristina Annis (Stephanie) and Justin Cardinale; his grandchildren, Hunter Mullen, Stella Mullen and Spencer Annis; his stepmothers, Nancy Novotny and Gloria Novotny; his siblings, Ralph James Novotny, William Novotny, Greg Novotny, Christopher Novotny, Patricia Burke, Cindi Novotny, Donna Keirsted and Alicia Hollenbeck; his stepsiblings, Frankie Parslow and Susan Parslow; his aunt Anci Dwyer; and his close friends, Scott Lundgren, Scott Seeley and Joe Linenhan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the charity of one's choice.
