He is survived by: his brothers, Frank Willard (Nancy) and Robert Willard (Sharon Thayer) of Cuyler, NY; and his children, Lynnette Rickert of Pitcher, NY, Wayne Rickert (Adam), Kurt Willard (Kelly) of Groton, NY, Teresa Willard of Pitcher, NY, Renee Willard (Zeke Phoenix) of Moravia, NY and Amy Thayer of Utica, NY. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew and several grand and great grandchildren.
