He was predeceased by: his father Albert Lockwood. He is survived by: his children, Kayden, Khelsea, Zaeleigh and Chayson; his mother Peggy Levine; his stepfather Michael Murdent; his sister Amanda Alexander; and his cousins, Tiffany Gardner and Carmine Gonzalez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
