He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frank and Helen Ann Ehart Frank; his son Paul Walsh; and his brother James Frank. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Knapp; his children, Thomas Frank (Shannon Russell) of Yorba Linda, CA., Helen Ann Hernandez (John) of San Antonio, TX., Leisa W. McGonnell (David) of Olean and Curt A. Walsh (Sally) of Olean; his grandchildren, Amanda L. Wright (Bradley) of Olean and Nicholas J. Walsh of Lake Tahoe, CA.; his great grandchildren, Genevieve and Addlyn Wright; and his siblings, John Frank (Marlene) of Farmington, MN and Patricia Greene (Raymond) of Hegins, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
