He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Foster and Genevieve Sweeney Foster; and his siblings, Richard Foster, James Foster, Gerald Foster, Elizabeth Storm and Margaret Prescott.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Adams; his children, Kaitlyn Earley of Wisconsin, Casey Rix (Michael) of Cuba and Chris Boser of Allegany; his grandchildren, Mikayla "Mikay", Ethan "Oodie", Baylee, Allie and Cameron; and his siblings, Robert Foster (Diane) of Friendship, Ellen Lone of Arcadia and Regina Park of Sun City, Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial may be made to the American Heart Association.
