Torpey in Cuba, New York, born in Camp Pendleton, California, who passed away on October 3, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Torpey and Amelia Phillips Torpey; his daughters, Erin Frank (Matt) of Cuba, NY and Megan Hartle (Eddie) of Oil City, PA; his grandchildren, Ben, Jack and Dean Frank of Cuba, NY; his sister Ellen Torpey of Fort Bragg, NC; and his pets, Reishi and KiKi. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
