He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Baker. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Faulkner (Michael) of Portville, Mollie Jarvis (Brad) of Horseheads and Colleen Laird of Arcade; and also, Gary Millhollen and Kathy Peters. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
