He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hillman and Ada Miles Hillman; his friend Merrie C. Neff; his wife Merrie; and his siblings, Roy Hillman and Barbara Gustin.
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Hillman (Shari) of Hinsdale and Scott Hillman (Kristin) of Franklinville; and his grandchildren, Troy, Collin, Ana and Nicholas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
