She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pockalny and Mary Kryzwa Pockalny; her husband Donald Richard Pettit; her granddaughter Rebecca Jane; and her siblings, Rose Olkosky, Helen Little, Anna Balacki, Katheryn Smith, Caroline Fairbanks, Mary Carlson, Michael, Andrew, Peter, Creighton, Joseph and Stephen Pockalny.

She is survived by: her sister Estella Olkosky Wood.
