With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Jay Armstrong (Cuba, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on August 14, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Earl Armstrong and Louise Carolyn Armstrong (Unger); and his sister Carolyn Abbott. He is survived by: his daughter Erin Scheel (Joshua); his grandchildren, Ian and Annabelle of Colorado Springs, Colorado.; his siblings, Sharon Cummings (Rick), Kathleen Schumann, David Armstrong (Peggy), Genevieve Armstrong and John Armstrong (LaNor); and his close friend Colleen Christian. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
