He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Clark; his children, Harold D. Worthington (Lisa) of Lexington, Kentucky, Laura Dibble (Richard) of Cuba, Beth Ertsgaard (Tom) of State College, PA and Joy Mansfiel (Timothy) of Rushford; his sisters, Rosealie Hayes (Dwight) of Rocky Mount, VA, Jeanette Worthington of Asheville, NC and Janice Schuster (David) of Rocky Mount, VA; and also Tanner Dibble. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
