Rought Kelley (James Berry) of Cuba; his children, Thomas Brown of Friendship and Lillyann Brown of Friendship; his siblings, Josh Brown (Natasha) of Cuba, Jason Rought (Amanda Layman) of Cuba, Edward Brown of Jacksonville, FL, Scott Brown of Jacksonville, FL and Sherry Brown of Jacksonville, FL; his grandfather George E. Rought of Clarksville; and his close friend Sybil Davis of Cuba. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
