He is survived by: his children, Wilson J. Rought of Port Orchard, Dianna L. Rought of Portville, Laurie L. Kelley (James Berry) of Cuba and David Rought (Lisa) of Bradenton, Florida. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
